DO NOT USE! Gas leak, 3RD round of faulty worktops, upstands not fitted or connected to the wall, poor plastering. 2 glass splashback companies cant fit splashbacks! Doors/drawers with dents (under vinyl), cabinets chipped, fading worktop, warping doors (per the manufacturer, cant take steam or heat without shields, but no shields fitted). Washing machine door no longer closes. Prima oven performance v. poor. Poor quality cornices, rough edge on show. Manufacturer sales rep assured us it didn't get any better! We've visited 4 competitor showrooms, all far superior. Window frame damaged. Flooring damaged by knife marks, tap had no non-return valves so siphoned water from washing machine & dishwasher (undrinkable). We complained told we were "fussy customers"! Won't reply to written communications. Final balance was paid, based on their promises which haven't happened. Significant doubt over longevity of products this wasn't a cheap kitchen, quotes from £8k we paid £12k.
