Very happy with personal service received from Claire as having problem getting my app on new iPhone. PLEASE KEEP THIS KIDDERMINSTER BRANCH OPEN. Excellent service and Claire is an amazing ambassador for the Barclays company. I have been a Barclays customer since 1973 but will be closing my account with you as do not enjoy using hub at Stourbridge. Although I do online banking there are certainly times when I need the personal service.
