I always find Kidderminster staff so pleasant and helpful when walking into the bank. I needed to make an appointment about my accounts. Dan was helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. He put me at ease straight away. I've made another appointment to see Dan in a few weeks time. If your like me I like to talk to someone face to face to get questions answered help and support when needed. Thank you Dan.
